Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
Eligibility: Items must be returned within [07/15] days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
Non-returnable items: Final sale items, undergarments, and customized products cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).
If the requested item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be issued instead.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

We’ll send you a return label (if applicable) and instructions.
Pack your item securely and send it back.
Refunds will be processed within [5–10 business days] after we receive your return.
Shipping Costs
Returns: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective.
Exchanges: We’ll cover the shipping cost for one-time size/color exchanges.
Defective or Incorrect Items
